Welcome to StockWizKids! These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our chat room, which is designed for students to learn about investing and the stock market in a safe and supportive community. By using the StockWizKids chat room, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility: The StockWizKids chat room is intended for students who are interested in learning about investing and the stock market. You must be at least 13 years old to use our chat room. By using our chat room, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
Code of Conduct: You are solely responsible for your use of the StockWizKids chat room, and you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to use the chat room only for its intended purpose and in a manner that is respectful of others. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in Trinidad & Tobago and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StockWizKids is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
